Micro Center - Duplicate Billing - Intentionally and they scammed me
Stood in line to buy a processor. When I arrived at the register the salesperson insisted on taking my address and phone number before he would ring me up.
He said if I did not provide this info he could not sell me the processor. So I gave him my address. Mind you I was paying with my credit card so they would have had it anyway. Next, I get my bill in the mail a month later and it turns out the *** billed me twice for the same processor.
Now I have to work with my credit card to get this second charge reversed. They are scam artists. Hate these people.
Not going back there.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $87.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
