Bought a defective fan controller and manager Jeff White was a complete *** head and refused to return. I know they probably don't care and it's just a drop in the bucket I spent about $6,000 in there a year but ever since that happened I haven't shopped there

Usually my experience at Microcenter has been great, so this latest encounter surprised me. I made a purchase at the store and inquired about price matching (as I've done many times before, with no issues whatsoever), and was told at the register that they were unable to match due to the fact that the model number on my item was not the same as the number on the item I wanted to match to online. Just bought a laptop from microcenter on 11-23-16. The transaction was completed the day I bought it. I checked my account today and they took out of my account again...double charging me. I called the store and haven't gotten a word back from the manager. The girl on the phone took my name and number and that was it. They sold my phone number and now I get texts about free prescription drugs and black friday sales. It wasn't somebody else because I used a new number.

I went in to Microcenter in Cambridge, MA to buy a laptop and I received no assistance from any of their employees. Other non latino (white) customers came in after I did and they were greeted and asked if they needed any help. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a battery that was shipped broken and then shipped a second battery that was not the correct one for my laptop. The customer service was slow and unhelpful. This has all been a nightmare

i bought a acer laptop from microcenter. i turned out to be a bad choice as it was pathetically slow and didn't have a good battery life. i tried to contact to the customer serivice but they didn't reply after i sent them my laptop's sn number. they haven't replied me even after sending countless messages. This must be common practice at MicroCenter. I too was confronted by a store manager, Jeff White, at the Cincinnati Microcenter. He was totally demeaning and embarrassed me in front of other customers and workers. I too had several returns (due to bad sales advice and defective equipment, but the third was my fault for not checking specs for VR capability more closely).
