This is a complain in regards to an online order I placed. I bought a bunch of cpus for pickup at the new york city queens store. After, Paying for the items I was forced to return them by the stores' knowledge manager. He pushed me to return the items against my will. I got a lenovo ideapad 100 for a graduation gift with a two year warranty. I've had several problems with this laptop and only had it for going on 2 months the mic phone doesn't work on it , speakers aren't loud and it doesn't hold a good battery life . General manager of the store in Kissena Blvd Tom Eckert the most unprofessional manager that could have this position! Not only he wasn't able to resolve my situation but he also lied about not having his business card with his name while I so it through his shirt. Unpleasant experience, wouldn't recommend this or any other store! They sell poor quality products, and have the most unpleasant customer service. Read more

After twenty minutes of searching for products or an available sales rep at Microcenter's Denver location I left frustrated - empty handed - at 1345 on Monday, 5 Sep 16. Initially I took my computer in to have a motherboard repaired/replaced which took about 3 months for them to get a new ASUS Board & put it in. While waiting for the mother-board to come in I discussed having a new hard drive installed with the technician, Tim and backing up the original to the new drive. Recently, my Asus PC seemed to have just a series of boot up failures. I took it to my local Microcenter in need of a repair. The desk man said the repair would be done in 5-6 days, and here I stand 17 days later without my PC that I frequently use for online school assignments, gaming, and YouTube activity. The biggest problem with Micro Center is their total inability to understand that if a customer can't communicate with them - they'll go elsewhere. 1. Take their phone system (away , please!). It is one of those robo-answerers. It is limited as to the options it gives. So, if you want something out of those options, say to talk to a manager - it can't allow it. I purchase (2) two Corsair power supplies from Microcenter in July of 2016. I was told I had two mail in rebates to send in, one for each to receive a prepaid Visa card. I followed all the instructions as was required and found out that they only allow one refund per household! My store receipt even states "I saved $40.00 on these items which is a total scam. I think it is about time some federal or state attorney take these mail in rebate... Read more
